TLC is Polish lifestyle television network owned by Discovery Networks Poland. The channel broadcasts reality shows, cooking, home improvement and leisure-themed programmings.

TLC was launched as Discovery Travel & Adventure. In early 2005 it was repositioned and rebranded as Discovery Travel & Living as a part of a "lifestyle" package from Discovery Communications. Discovery Travel & Living was renamed as TLC on 1st October 2010
