The channel was premiere on March 23, 2009. The channel broadcasts around the clock. TV3 Puls sends like its sister channels TV3 and TV3+ from London and has therefore advertisement breaks.
The program profile includes sports, movies, comics and good lifestyle programs for the whole family.
TV3 Puls is a subscription channel distributed by YouSee, Viasat, Stofa and cable and satellite operators.

Recurring elements in the TV3 Puls programming schedule will be lifestyle programming from 17:00 to 19:00, programming geared towards women on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday evenings, towards men on Thursdays, crime on Tuesdays and Fridays and motorsports at weekends.
