The channel was premiere on March 23, 2009. The channel broadcasts around the clock. TV3 Puls sends like its sister channels TV3 and TV3+ from London and has therefore advertisement breaks.
The program profile includes sports, movies, comics and good lifestyle programs for the whole family.
TV3 Puls is a subscription channel distributed by YouSee, Viasat, Stofa and cable and satellite operators.

Recurring elements in the TV3 Puls programming schedule will be lifestyle programming from 17:00 to 19:00, programming geared towards women on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday evenings, towards men on Thursdays, crime on Tuesdays and Fridays and motorsports at weekends. The rest of the schedule is largely filled with American TV series.
