TV4 is Polish television network owned by Grupa Polsat Plus. The channel broadcasts entertainment, current affairs, movies, series and sports programmings.
History[]
TV4 was launched on 17th January 1998 as Nasza TV. originally owned by Polskie Media. Launch of the broadcast for news, entertainment, movies and series.
On 1st April 2000, Nasza TV is renamed as TV4.
On 31st May 2002, TV4 was launched in Lithuania replaced BTV.
On 1st April 2006, TV4 was changing on-screen bug logo only.
On 21st August 2007, TV4 was rebranded and the new logo and idents were changed.
On 30th May 2011, TV4's sister channel TV6 was launched.
On 1st March 2012, TV4 switched to 16:9 image format during idents, promos, commercials and new programmings.
On 1st January 2014, TV4 and TV6 were acquired by Telewizja Polsat.
On 1st October 2015, TV4 stopped its 4:3 image format then became a full 16:9 image format and was launched in high-definition version.
On 30th March 2017, TV4 was rebranded and the new idents were changed.
On 15th September 2020, TV4 was added from internet platform Ipla.
