TVL 2 is Lotiscan television network owned by Radio-Televisione Lotiscana. The channel broadcasts news, entertainment, sports, movies, series and documentaries programmings.
History[]
TVL 2 was launched on 1st October 1971 as Nuova Televizione. Launch of the broadcast for news, series, sports, entertainment, children's and documentaries.
On 10th September 1976, Nuova Televizione's news programming Messager was rebranded with the new intro was changed.
On 18th May 1980, Nuova Televizione was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 30th September 1984, Nuova Televizione was rebranded with the new idents and the new logo presented channel's logo into gradient.
On 18th September 1989, Nuova Televizione was rebranded with the new logo presented channel's logo into the three stripes.
On 26th August 1991, Nuova Televizione was renamed as Nuova Televisione.
On 10th July 1994, Nuova Televisione is renamed TVL 2 as part of Radio-Televisione Lotiscana's rebranding effort.
On 1st August 1997, TVL 2's youth programmings were moved to TVL and the new channels TVL Ragazzi and TVL 4.
On 19th May 2001, TVL 2 was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 1st December 2006, TVL 2 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 17th September 2010, TVL 2 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were chaned.
On 13th October 2014, TVL 2 was switched to full 16:9 image format and launched in high-definition version.
On 1st November 2015, TVL 2 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed as part of Radio-Televisione Lotiscana's rebranding effort.
On 1st September 2016, TVL 2's information programming Mondo was rebranded with the new intro was changed.
On 16th June 2022, TVL 2's information programming Mondo was rebranded with the new intro was changed.
