TVN is Polish television network owned by Discovery Networks Poland. The channel broadcasts news, entertainment, lifestyle, series, movies and sports programmings.
History[]
TVN was launched on 3rd October 1997. Launch of the broadcast for news, entertainment, movies and series.
On 3rd March 2002, TVN was rebranded and the new idents were changed created by Velvet Mediendesign.
On 28th August 2007, TVN switched to 16:9 image format and was launched in high-definition version.
On 2nd January 2008, TVN was rebranded and the new idents were changed created by Velvet Mediendesign.
On 1st August 2009, TVN stopped its 4:3 image format then became a full 16:9 image format.
On 1st September 2013, TVN was rebranded and the new idents were changed created by Luxlotusliner.
On 16th March 2015, TVN and this channels were acquired by Scripps Networks Interactive Poland.
On 6th March 2018, TVN and this channels were acquired by Discovery Networks Poland.
On 1st March 2024, TVN was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed created by Superestudio.
