TVN 3 is Normalian public television network owned by Televiziunea Normâlă. The channel broadcasts news, local programming and documentaries.

TVN 3 was launched on October 10, 2003 replacing TVN 1 regional channels.
On February 29, 2016, TVN 3 was rebranded as part of Televiziunea Normâlă's rebranding effort and switched to the widescreen format.
