On 23rd December 1985, Telewizja Polska Program 1 is renamed as TP 1.
On 20th March 1987, TP 1 was rebranded with the new logo and were changed.
On 1st October 1990, TP 1 was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 24th February 1992, TP 1 is renamed as TVP 1 as part of Telewizja Polska's rebranding effort.
On 20th July 1997, TVP 1 was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 20th September 1999, TVP 1 was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 7th March 2003, TVP 1 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed as part of Telewizja Polska's rebranding effort.
On 18th November 2009, TVP 1 switched to 16:9 image format.
On 10th January 2011, TVP 1 stopped its 4:3 image format then became a full 16:9 image format and was launched in high-definition version.
On 3rd March 2012, TVP 1 was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 26th September 2015, TVP 1 was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 3rd September 2021, TVP 1 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
