TVR Cluj is Romanian television network owned by Televiziunea Română transmitted in Cluj, Bistrița-Năsăud, Sălaj, Bihor, Sibiu, Maramureș and Satu Mare. The channel broadcasts news, entertainment, documentaries, movies and sports programmings.

History[]

TVR Cluj was launched on 3rd January 1990. Launch of the broadcast for news, entertainment and movies.

On 7th April 1994, TVR Cluj was rebranded and the new logo and idents were changed.

On 23rd February 1998, TVR Cluj was rebranded and the new logo and idents were changed.

On 11th June 2004, TVR Cluj was rebranded and the new logo and idents were changed as part of Televiziunea Română's rebranding effort.

On 10th October 2008, TVR Cluj's programmings was broadcasted on TVR 3.

On 1st April 2010, TVR Cluj was rebranded and the new logo and idents were changed.

On 6th December 2013, TVR Cluj was switched to 16:9 image format.

On 3rd November 2019, TVR Cluj was rebranded and the new screen-bug's logo was changed.
