TVR Timișoara is Romanian television network owned by Televiziunea Română transmitted in Timiș, Arad, Caraș-Severin and Hunedoara. The channel broadcasts news, entertainment, documentaries, sports and movies programmings.
History[]
TVR Timișoara was launched on 17th October 1994. Launch of the broadcast for news and entertainment.
On 23rd February 1998, TVR Timișoara was rebranded and the new logo and idents were changed.
On 11th June 2004, TVR Timișoara was rebranded and the new logo and idents were changed as part of Televiziunea Română's rebranding effort.
On 10th October 2008, TVR Timișoara's programmings was broadcasted on TVR 3.
On 1st April 2010, TVR Timișoara was rebranded and the new logo and idents were changed.
On 6th December 2013, TVR Timișoara was switched to 16:9 image format.
On 3rd November 2019, TVR Timișoara was rebranded and the new logo's screen-bug was changed.
