Trace Caribbean was a French television network owned by Trace Partners. The channel broadcasts tropical music videos related to salsa, reggae, reggaeton, merengue, bachata, zouk, zumba, soca, maloya and sega, concerts, documentary on tropical music and culture programmings.
History[]
Trace Caribbean was launched on 12th February 2009 as Trace Tropical. Launch of the broadcast for music videos.
On 15th December 2010, Trace Tropical was rebranded and the new logo and idents were changed, switched to full 16:9 image format.
On 17th February 2012, Trace Tropical was launched in high-definition version.
On 9th January 2014, Trace Tropical was removed from Canalsat.
On 2nd June 2020, Trace Tropical is renamed as Trace Caribbean.
