Trojka is Hoprovratian television network owned by Alef Media. The channel broadcasts news, talk-shows, entertainment, movies, series and sports programmings. Its target audience is 18–54 years old.
History[]
Trojka was launched on 3rd September 1977 as Kanal 3. Launch of the broadcast for entertainment, sports, news, movies and documentaries.
On 7th April 1981, Kanal 3 was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 20th February 1985, Kanal 3 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed the CGI graphic was introduced.
On 10th September 1988, Kanal 3 was rebranded with the new idents were changed.
On 1st September 1994, Kanal 3 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 9th September 1999, Kanal 3 switched to 16:9 image format during movies.
On 4th July 2004, Kanal 3 was acquired by the Polish media company Grupa ITI.
On 13th September 2005, Kanal 3 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed.
On 31st August 2011, Kanal 3 was rebranded with the new idents were changed in 16:9 image format.
On 7th November 2013, Kanal 3 and this channels were acquired by Modern Times Group.
On 9th May 2016, Kanal 3 was rebranded with the new logo and idents were changed the logo looks like TV3 from Sweden.
On 17th January 2017, Kanal 3 stopped its 4:3 image format then became a full 16:9 image format and was launched in high-definition version.
On 1st January 2020, Kanal 3 is renamed as Trojka.
