Veradon Group is Dontiot media company owned by the Dontiot businessman Alekos Vastakis. The company have four television channels and two radio stations.

Veradon Group was founded on 20th October 1992 as Veradon S.A.. Found of the company for television production and channel Vera TV.
On 1st December 1996, Veradon S.A. was extended its television studio for Crisovia.
On 22nd June 1999, Veradon S.A.'s television channel Vera News 24 was launched.
On 19th March 2003, Veradon S.A. was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 14th July 2006, Veradon S.A.'s television channel Altiva was launched.
On 5th November 2011, Veradon S.A.'s television channel Reality 23 was launched.
On 11th September 2015, Veradon S.A. was renamed as Veradon Group.
On 5th June 2017, Veradon Group was purchased its website Technika.do.
On 25th June 2021, Veradon Group was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
