Virgin Radio TV is French music television network owned by Lagardère Active. The channel broadcasts music videos related to electro and pop-rock.
History[]
Targeting the 18-34 age group, the channel takes the same position as the radio, focusing on pop-rock and electro. The programming is based on clips, concerts, and Virgin Radio programs, such as morning or evening. Having identified the sudden failure with Virgin 17 on DTT, the group does not commit a major economic challenge, setting up programming with a limited budget, no more than two million euros. The channel was launched with artists such as Shaka Ponk, Cats on Trees, Elephanz, Renan Luce, Kyo, HollySiz, Peter Peter, Cris Cab, Corson and Irma in the La Maroquinerie concert hall.
