Vivatel is Altenian telecommunication company owned by Empero Capital. The company have satellite television prodiver, broadband internet, fixed and mobile telephony services.
History[]
Vivatel was founded on 9th January 1955 as Altenska Telefonska i Telegrafska Kompanija. Found of the service for telephony and telegraphing.
On 5th June 1979, Altenska Telefonska i Telegrafska Kompanija was privatized and renamed as Altenska Telekomunikacija.
On 1st April 1992, Altenska Telekomunikacija was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 1st March 1997, Altenska Telekomunikacija was extended its broadband internet service.
On 1st May 2000, Altenska Telekomunikacija's mobile telephony service gets new name called ATK Mobile.
On 20th October 2005, Altenska Telekomunikacija was renamed as Vivatel also extended its satellite television provider.
On 13th September 2008, Vivatel was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 1st December 2008, Vivatel's first television channel Vivatel Arena was launched.
On 1st August 2009, Vivatel's television channel Vivatel Arena was splited by two channels Vivatel Arena Film and Vivatel Arena Sport.
On 15th May 2010, Vivatel's television channels Vivatel Arena Film 2, Vivatel Arena Film 3 and Vivatel Arena Sport 2 were launched,
On 20th July 2012, Vivatel's television channels Vivatel Arena Film 4 and Vivatel Arena Sport 3 were launched.
On 17th September 2012, Vivatel's television channel Altenska Naučna Televizija was launched.
On 1st March 2013, Vivatel's television channels "Vivatel Arena Film/Sport [number]" were renamed as "Arena [genre]".
On 20th November 2018, Vivatel's television channels Arena Film and Arena Sport were rebranded.
On 1st February 2019, Vivatel's television channel Arena Sport Motor was launched.
On 15th February 2021, Vivatel was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
