Warner Bros. Discovery International Romania is Romanian television company owned by Warner Bros. Discovery. The company have nineteen television channels and streaming service.

Warner Bros. Discovery International Romania was founded on 30th September 2002 as Turner International Romania. Found of the company for television channels.
On 1st April 2006, Turner International Romania was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 7th November 2009, Turner International Romania's television channel Boomerang was launched.
On mid-2011, Turner International Romania's television channels broadcasts ad breaks by Discovery Media.
On 1st November 2015, Turner International Romania was rebranded with the new logo was changed.
On 18th December 2019, Turner International Romania's television channel Cartoon Network was launched in high-definition version.
On 23rd October 2021, Turner International Romania's television channel TNT was renamed as Warner TV.
On 9th April 2022, Turner International Romania was merged with HBO Europe Romania and Discovery Networks Romania to the new company Warner Bros. Discovery International Romania.
On 5th January 2024, Warner Bros. Discovery International Romania's television channels Discovery Science and DTX were closed.
